The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says symptoms of flu include:

  • Having a sore throat and cough.
  • Running a fever, although it is possible to have the flu without a fever.
  • Having body aches and headache.
  • Having a stuffy or runny nose.
  • Feeling tired.
  • Having chills.
  • If you think you may have the flu, see your doctor.
