The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says potential symptoms of mold allergy include:

  • A stuffy nose.
  • Irritated eyes.
  • Wheezing, coughing or throat irritation.
  • Rash or other skin allergy.
  • Serious lung infections among people with a compromised immune system or chronic lung disease.
