Add pollen.com to Safe Senders list
To ensure inbox delivery of our messages, you can add our address to your Address Book or Safe Senders List. Please choose your e-mail provider below and follow the directions:
Outlook 2003
- Open the e-mail message from the sender.
- Right-click "Click here to download images" in the gray bar at the top of the message.
- Click "Add Sender to Safe Senders List" in the drop-down dialog box.
- Once the dialog box appears, click "OK."
Outlook 2007
- Open the e-mail message from the sender.
- Click "Actions" from the top navigation.
- Select "Junk E-mail" and click "Add Sender's Domain" (@pollen.com)
- Once the dialog box appears, click "OK."
Lotus Notes
- Open the e-mail message from the sender.
- Click "Actions" from the top navigation.
- Select "Tools" and click "Add Sender to Address Book."
- Once the dialog box appears, click "OK."
MOZILLA THUNDERBIRD
- Click the Address Book button.
- Make sure the Personal Address Book is highlighted.
- Click the New Card button. This will launch a New Card window that has 3 tabs: Contact, Address & Other.
- Under the Contact tab, copy and paste our "From" address, add our email address into the Email dialog box.
- Click OK.
BLACKBERRY Devices
- Scroll up to the message header.
- Get to the field where their name is listed, click the Berry button and then click Show Address.
- Select and copy that address to the clipboard.
- Go into Address Book and find the user.
- Select Save.
- Click to edit it, and then click the Berry button to add another email address.
- Paste it in and click Save.
AOL
- Open the e-mail from the sender.
- Click on the "Add Address" link on the right-hand side of the message.
- Fill out any additional information, then click "Save."
AT&T
- Open the e-mail message from the sender.
- Click on the "Add Address" link on the right-hand side of the message.
- Fill out any additional information, then click "Save."
Comcast
- Open the e-mail message from the sender.
- Click on the "Save Address" link next to the "From Address" at the top of the message.
- Complete the "First Name" field and click "save entry."
Hotmail
- Open the e-mail message from the sender.
- Click on the "Save Address" icon in the toolbar.
- Check the "Add to Contacts" box and click "OK."
EarthLink
- Open the e-mail message from the sender.
- Click on the "Add" icon in the toolbar at the top of the screen.
- When the "Add to Address Book" dialog box appears, click "Yes."
Gmail
- Open the e-mail message from the sender.
- Click on the "Reply" dropdown menu.
- Click on "Add sender to Contacts list"
Juno/NetZero
- Click on the "Options" link in the "Mail Toolbar."
- On the "Options" page, click "Safe List" on the right-hand side of the page.
- Enter the "From Address" (i.e. example@domain.com) in the "Add Address to Safe List" field and click "Add."
- After the sender appears in the "Current Safe List" box, click "Save."
Yahoo! Mail
- Open the e-mail message from the sender you want to add to your address book.
