Add pollen.com to Safe Senders list

To ensure inbox delivery of our messages, you can add our address to your Address Book or Safe Senders List. Please choose your e-mail provider below and follow the directions:

Outlook 2003

  1. Open the e-mail message from the sender.
  2. Right-click "Click here to download images" in the gray bar at the top of the message.
  3. Click "Add Sender to Safe Senders List" in the drop-down dialog box.
  4. Once the dialog box appears, click "OK."

Outlook 2007

  1. Open the e-mail message from the sender.
  2. Click "Actions" from the top navigation.
  3. Select "Junk E-mail" and click "Add Sender's Domain" (@pollen.com)
  4. Once the dialog box appears, click "OK."

Lotus Notes

  1. Open the e-mail message from the sender.
  2. Click "Actions" from the top navigation.
  3. Select "Tools" and click "Add Sender to Address Book."
  4. Once the dialog box appears, click "OK."

MOZILLA THUNDERBIRD

  1. Click the Address Book button.
  2. Make sure the Personal Address Book is highlighted.
  3. Click the New Card button. This will launch a New Card window that has 3 tabs: Contact, Address & Other.
  4. Under the Contact tab, copy and paste our "From" address, add our email address into the Email dialog box.
  5. Click OK.

BLACKBERRY Devices

  1. Scroll up to the message header.
  2. Get to the field where their name is listed, click the Berry button and then click Show Address.
  3. Select and copy that address to the clipboard.
  4. Go into Address Book and find the user.
  5. Select Save.
  6. Click to edit it, and then click the Berry button to add another email address.
  7. Paste it in and click Save.

AOL

  1. Open the e-mail from the sender.
  2. Click on the "Add Address" link on the right-hand side of the message.
  3. Fill out any additional information, then click "Save."

AT&T

  1. Open the e-mail message from the sender.
  2. Click on the "Add Address" link on the right-hand side of the message.
  3. Fill out any additional information, then click "Save."

Comcast

  1. Open the e-mail message from the sender.
  2. Click on the "Save Address" link next to the "From Address" at the top of the message.
  3. Complete the "First Name" field and click "save entry."

Hotmail

  1. Open the e-mail message from the sender.
  2. Click on the "Save Address" icon in the toolbar.
  3. Check the "Add to Contacts" box and click "OK."

EarthLink

  1. Open the e-mail message from the sender.
  2. Click on the "Add" icon in the toolbar at the top of the screen.
  3. When the "Add to Address Book" dialog box appears, click "Yes."

Gmail

  1. Open the e-mail message from the sender.
  2. Click on the "Reply" dropdown menu.
  3. Click on "Add sender to Contacts list"

Juno/NetZero

  1. Click on the "Options" link in the "Mail Toolbar."
  2. On the "Options" page, click "Safe List" on the right-hand side of the page.
  3. Enter the "From Address" (i.e. example@domain.com) in the "Add Address to Safe List" field and click "Add."
  4. After the sender appears in the "Current Safe List" box, click "Save."

Yahoo! Mail

  1. Open the e-mail message from the sender you want to add to your address book.
